  1. Application for registration as a qualified invoice issuing business
    In order to issue an invoice, it is necessary to submit an “Application for Registration of Qualified Invoicing Business” to the tax office and become a “Qualified Invoicing Business”.
  2. Correspondence to qualified invoice format
    In order to issue an invoice, it is necessary to submit an “Application for Registration of Qualified Invoicing Business” to the tax office and become a “Qualified Invoicing Business”.The invoice must include the following 6 items.
    If there are omissions in the items, it will not be accepted as an invoice (= purchase tax credit cannot be performed).
    1. the name and registration number of the qualified billing business.
    2. Transaction date
    3. Transaction Details
    4. Amount of Consideration Aggregated for Each Tax Rate and Applicable Tax Rates
    5. Amount of consumption tax classified by tax rate
    6. The name of the business operator to whom the document is issued.
  3. Consider electronic storage of billing data
    In the invoice system, it is necessary for both the issuer and the recipient to save the invoice. In order to save invoices as data, it is necessary to use a method of saving that corresponds to the Electronic Book Storage Law. From a long-term perspective, it is considered better to promote paperless operations (= support for electronic book storage).
